Order Status & Delivery


1. How long can receive parcel?

At O’Genki, we always strive to provide the freshest product for you. As our wholesome foods are freshly baked and packed, the process lead time would be as per below:

Once order received, we will process in 2-3 working days. We will notify you the tracking number via email once your order is ready for shipping. Our logistic partner will take 3-5 days to deliver the parcel to your doorstep.

*Note: Weekend, national public holiday and state holiday are not working days.

 


2. What is mean by “Unfulfilled” status?

Every incoming order will be process on the next working day. We will update your order status to “Confirmed” once we start to process the order.

When your order is ready, we will change the delivery status to “Shipping” and notify you with your parcel tracking number.

 


3. Can I change my shipping address after placing order?

We can accept to change address within the order placement day only. Once parcel is ready for shipping, you are not allowed to change the delivery address.

We reserve the right to charge RM7 on any special redelivery arrangement.
